+ How can I be sure I’m ordering the right size? See our sizing guide below.

If you happen to fall outside of our standard size range, please contact us directly for a custom pricing quote.

+ What will my cost of shipping be? We offer free shipping within the US. For international orders under $250, there is an additional $35 shipping charge.

+ What about taxes and/or duty? For US orders, sales tax is included in the item price. On international orders, the recipient will be responsible for paying any duty and/or import taxes.

+ What forms of payment are accepted? We accept debit and credit cards as well as bank transfers via PayPal. All payments are processed securely by PayPal, so we will never even see your card or account information.

+ What happens after I place my order? You will receive a confirmation email after you place your order. After we have processed and shipped your order, you will receive another email with a tracking number which allows you to track your package.

+ When can I expect my order? Orders are usually shipped from NY within 1-3 business days. Depending on where you live, you can expect your package to arrive anywhere from 3-14 business days, or around a month for made-to-order pieces.

+ Do you ship internationally? Yes, we currently ship to all locations accepted by PayPal.

+ Are the items I want to order guaranteed to be in stock? We do our best to keep our online shop up to date and only display items that are currently available for purchase. However, if there is a delay with your order or the item becomes unavailable for some reason, we will notify you via phone or email as soon as possible.

+ What if I change my mind and want to modify/cancel my order? As long as your order has not shipped yet, email sales[at]titaniainglis.com and we will be happy to assist you in changing or canceling and refunding your order.

+ What if I want to return or exchange my order after I have received it? If you’re not thrilled with your purchase, we offer free returns within 30 days for all unworn items with tags still on. Please contact us at sales[at]titaniainglis.com and we will be happy to provide you with instructions and assist you with a refund or exchange.
Please note that packages that are returned to us due to an incorrect address typed in by the customer, or repeated failure to reach the customer at the provided address will not be refunded the shipping cost.

+ I live in NYC. Can I just pick up my order myself? Our studio in Williamsburg is open to the public by appointment only. If you’d like to pick up your order in person, please contact us to make an appointment.

+ I’d like to order a custom piece or have an existing piece altered. If you’re in New York, we’d be happy to arrange a fitting for you to create a made-to-measure version of our styles or to alter an existing Titania Inglis piece to your exact size. Prices for custom services vary depending on alterations needed. Please email for an estimate or to make an appointment for a fitting.
